using the desktop application with mobile phone access point ( Orange 5g) is not possible.
not tested on starlink…

as we do not have a “desktop application”, I assume you are using a web browser on a computer, right?
This should work as long as you have internet access and should be independent of how your computer is connected to the network. We’ll try to reproduce your error…
The problem was probably linked with an update request from the phone (as the access point ) or the windows PC.
