This week, the 39th Internation Cosmic Ray Conference is starting in Geneva, Switzerland. It is the main meeting for high-energy astroparticle physics and is taking place every two years. The Astro-COLIBRI team is participating with several science contributions but also two contributions showcasing our platform. The proceedings are publicly available:
- The first paper is introducing the platform and highlights some recently added features like the updated light-curves and photometric data:
- A second contribution is focussing on citizen science:
Sunday, 19 July 2025, a special, pubic event is organized at CERN: STELLAR, “a chance to meet astronauts, Nobel Prize laureates and other world-class scientists. Discover with them how astrophysics and particle physics are shaping the future, from exploring the Universe to transforming our daily lives in a surprising range of diverse fields including healthcare and climate modelling, disaster relief, transportation and global safety.”
We are excited to share that Astro-COLIBRI has been invited to participate in the event with a dedicated lab where we will showcase our platform, discuss time domain astrophysics and how citizen scientists can participate in the exciting endeavour to understand the most violent phenomena in the Universe.
