We are excited to announce the 4th Astro-COLIBRI multi-messenger astrophysics workshop, which will take place from October 20 to 24, 2025, at Institut Pascal, Paris-Saclay University (France) .
Following the success of previous editions, this international workshop will focus on advancing real-time multi-messenger astronomy by interconnecting software tools, fostering collaborations, and engaging both leading scientists and early-career researchers.
Workshop Highlights
Topics of discussion:
- Physics of transient phenomena
- Multi-messenger observations of transients
- Alert & follow-up systems
- Citizen science
Program structure:
- The first two days will feature invited and contributed talks, addressing key challenges and opportunities in the field.
- The remaining days will take a Hackathon-style approach, with participants working in small teams to brainstorm and prototype new tools and features for real-time multi-messenger astronomy.
