At the moment, the scheduling of pointings with tiling e.g. for GW alerts is taking into account only the date when the scheduling is requested, as explained by @Fabian.Schussler during the 3rd Astro-COLIBRI workshop. As an additional feature on top of this, it would be great if the user can choose the time of the scheduling, beside the date. This can be useful for the following reason:
- if there are observations already scheduled and these have high priority, one may want to check the pointings only at a given time during the night e.g. after those high priority observations.
This should be rather easy to be implemented in the API, since tilepy accepts an argument to pass the date and time for the calculation of the pointings.
